Custom order take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. If need sooner let us know as soon as possible! By message us before paying for order.

A rush fee of $150 per order will be applied to your order. Please put rush order in your cart with your purchase items. Please send us a message and let use know how soon you will need your order before paying to make sure we can get to you on your rush date you need items.

I don't accept refunds, exchange or cancellation as my Designs are custom made but if there is an issue with an order once you receive it please contact me and we can discuss possible resolutions including but not limited to refunds, exchange, etc.

If your order is return to me due to carrier delay, carrier delivery to incorrect address, delays due to buyer error when order was placed (ie wrong address, wrong name, wrong colors) a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase order price will be deducted from agreed upon refund and shipping and shipping will not be refunded to buyer.
